2004 Inductees Into The Isca Hall Of Fame
Each year the ISCA inducts two individuals into their Hall of Fame. The ISCA honors people in the hobby for their contributions, knowledge, and continued support of the performance and custom segments of the industry.
Some of the past inductees include Ed Roth, Boyd Coddington, Dick Wells, Mike and Larry Alexander, Vic Edelbrock, Don Garlits, Mickey Thompson, and George Barris just to name a few.
At the ISCA Annual Awards Banquet and Championship Finals held in Indianapolis, Bob Reynolds from the NSRA and Harry Willett, an avid builder from Chicago, were the latest to be inducted into the ISCA Hall of Fame.
Bob Reynolds was the first general manager of the ISCA and for over 40 years has been a strong supporter of the indoor show car circuit. Bob's first experience with the ISCA was when he was showing his '63 Chevy. Not long after that, he became a judge. In 1967 Bob Larivee, Sr. hired Reynolds to be the director of the ISCA. He held this position from 1967-71. Bob is now the director of advertising for the NSRA and has had this job for what seems like forever.
Harry Willett was the 1975-76 ISCA champion. He was also the producer of three shows in northern Illinois and with his lovely wife, Cheryl, was the local show chairman for many years for one of the largest ISCA shows, the Chicago World of Wheels. Harry has shared his ideas and offered his services for over three decades to the ISCA, its producers and officials. He has participated in virtually every aspect of the indoor car show world.
Both of these individuals have been warmly welcomed into the ISCA Hall of Fame and are thanked for their continued support.
