Dave Foshe of Troy, MI, was another to receive Top Ten honors for his '38 Plymouth convertible. Plymouth may not have set the standard for styling in '38, but this car's got personality. Add to that the fact that the top goes down and there's a blown and injected Hemi under the hood and it was love at first sight for us.
