The Big Bear Lake Antique Car Club 18th annual Fun Run

The Big Bear Lake Antique Car Club (BBLACC) just completed their 18th annual Fun Run on August 12, 2007, it was spectacular, and there was no rain. The city of Big Bear Lake allows us a limit of 495 pre-assigned parking spaces where we close off 3 streets and a large parking lot in the Village. All spaces were all sold in 21 days in March 2007. On Saturday, all 495 great cars were on display by 10:00 AM. At 3:45, we opened the west gate and most drivers enjoyed the "Cruise Around The Lake" where many people lined the roads to see and hear these great cars drive by. Sunday at 9:00 AM, we started our awards ceremony where 66 awards were presented to the driver, and a red rose to the passenger.

Meanwhile, and estimated ten thousand spectators stroll through the cars and shops of the Village. Many participants complimented and said this is the best car show in Southern California. Join the fun next year the second week of August 2008.
