Having won many awards at this event numerous times, the late Boyd Coddington was well represented here with a diverse array of his celebrated creations that spanned his lengthy career, which raised the standards of hot rodding forever.

Built by Richard "Magoo" Megugorac, the Deucari from 1979 utilized an early model Ferrari V-12 and since that time it has logged over 125,000 miles!

It's hard enough to be honored as America's Most Beautiful Roadster once, so doing it twice is almost beyond comprehension. Ermie Immerso did just that with his highly-detailed roadster in 1989 and 1991.

In honor of his contributions to hobby and sport, an impressive array of Lil' John Buttera's creations were united at Pomona, including Tom McEwen's Top Fuel Funny Car, and one of Buttera's Indy 500 efforts.

Longtime show promoter, Blackie Gejeian has been involved in this hobby since he was a youngster when he built and showed this '27 T roadster, which won the AMBR in 1955.

While many cars have run twin engines, Ron Martinez's Invader is one of a very few that's run them side-by-side on the cover of Hot Rod.
