Traditional track T's like... Traditional track T's like this one built by Tucci Hot Rods look bitchin'. The full hood covers an '06 Pontiac Solstice four-banger linked to a five-speed. A Hallock-style windshield, track nose, and narrow wires. The Model T has always been a major force in the world of street rodding and it was quite apparent everywhere you looked throughout the weekend at Henry's most simple offering. With nearly every body type represented through a myriad of build styles covering decades of development, it indeed proved that the mighty T is timeless. Regardless of whether you turned it into a stripped-down, modified rattle-canned in flat black, or if you chopped and channeled it hard and covered it with candy gloss, the passion for the early years of Ford proved itself amongst the 11,003 cars cruising the fairgrounds on Saturday.  Bill and Sue Posey equipped...  Bill and Sue Posey equipped their T Touring with small-block Chevy, vibrant white rolled interior, classic suspension, teal painted body, and chromed wire wheels.  The most dramatic hopped-up...  The most dramatic hopped-up T of the weekend was Gary Hinson's '27 Ford coupe built by Kingpin Hot Rods. Drenched in House of Kolor Pagan Gold Candy, it was treated to endless custom metal fabrication, filled with a six-pot fed small-block V-8, and slammed.  We caught Jim and Joyce Miller...  We caught Jim and Joyce Miller stopping for a bite in their neat '23 Ford T. Coated in bright yellow gloss, it featured a 289ci Ford V-8, spacious long bed, crme interior, and red steelies.  You couldn't miss Bill Miller's...  You couldn't miss Bill Miller's wild '27 Ford sedan with its effervescent pink body accented by plenty of brass and chrome. Powered by a detailed dual-quad Hemi, it also had IFS and IRS for a smooth ride.  David Webb's contemporary...  David Webb's contemporary '27 Ford modified is dipped in Silver Metallic. It features a bright red rolled interior, Currie rearend, and big-inch Boyds wheels shod with low-profile rubber.  Sometimes simplicity leaves...  Sometimes simplicity leaves you awestruck. Chris Staneck's '27 Ford modified had a 2.0L Ford 'banger linked to a five-speed, cowl steering, Armstrong shocks, and a perfect Midnight Black body.  Although not a T, this '24...  Although not a T, this '24 Chevy owned by Jerry and Kathy Tetting gives the appearance of the early Ford. A very cool flamed Lavender body, tall windshield, suicide frontend, Olds V-8, and tasty mile-long hairpins.  One of our favorite Nats T-buckets...  One of our favorite Nats T-buckets was Deryl and Gwen Border's, which was powered by a 245ci Flathead topped with Offy heads and matching intake. A Gold Almond Metallic body accented by Tangerine flames makes the car stand out in any crowd.  Dale Spangenberg made us do...  Dale Spangenberg made us do a double-take with his '25 Ford T. For the ultimate in comfort, he widened the body and channeled it over the frame before shading it in polished black suede topped with stoke red scallops.  Chopped, channeled, and slammed,...  Chopped, channeled, and slammed, Ray Irwin's '26 Ford T coupe looked like it was ready to run. Evil in polished black suede, it was packed with a Joe Hunt-sparked small-block V-8 fed by dual quads.  Ed Gromer's '27 Ford modified...  Ed Gromer's '27 Ford modified with its track nose, custom aluminum interior, and killer stance is an excellent example. Powered by a 2.3L Ford topped with Esslinger performance goods, you know it has plenty of go power.  Bill Sammons' '26 Ford T modified...  Bill Sammons' '26 Ford T modified has the perfect stance accented by classic lettering, split 'bones, friction shocks, and a Frankland quick-change rearend.  At the swap meet there were...  At the swap meet there were numerous T projects awaiting new owners, like this '27 Ford coupe that was remarkably complete and very solid with an asking price of $5,500.  Tom and Sue Meier's '26 Ford...  Tom and Sue Meier's '26 Ford hot rod coated in red sits on the ever-present wires, a traditional touch on a Model T.  The combination of subtle...  The combination of subtle yellow with red accents on Danny and Cheri Ross' '26 Ford coupe gave it plenty of appeal; packed with a small-block it was loaded with attitude.
