Many decades separate the heavily patina'd '32 three-window (left) of Richie Whalen, built last year by the Rolling Bones Hot Rod Shop in Greenfield Center, NY, and the restored ex-Fred Steele/Don Spinney '27 T (right) that's now owned by Bob Collins of Woburn, MA. Whalen's coupe will fool you. It appears to have been dragged out of a barn last week. Fred Steele flat-towed this T to Los Angeles in 1962, and then joined the L.A. Roadster Club. Finished with a Tijuana tuck 'n' roll interior, the roadster was photographed for a trio of '60s-era record album covers. View Related Article
