The irrepressible George Barris stands with the AMBR trophy and the car that won it for him in 1962: the Twister T. Note the trophy is turned backward to reveal the rear nameplate as the one on the front of the trophy was already full of past winner’s names. The winged figure at the top (an upswept winged figured holding a torch) is no longer atop a globe and is different than the one that appeared on the 1958 trophy.
