Corvette Powered T-Bucket - Tangerine II

The Total Performance windshield is a Performer style featuring laid back posts.

A '99 Corvette LS1 is coupled to a 4L60E transmission all prepped by Street & Performance with electrical wiring assistance from Painless Wiring. The LS1 engine features Sanderson headers.

Of course, Cool-Flex hoses were used on both the upper--

and lower radiator positions.

The chromed steering arm is another TP item.

A polished stainless steel gas tank fitted with stainless plumbing--

is neatly hidden in the enclosed bed portion of the body.

Look closely, it's not the Ford logo one come to expect but rather a clever version of the Total logo.

Showcasing the carbon fiber T-bucket is the use of House of Kolor (Duncanville, TX) candy Tangerine paint with "ripping" graphics applied by Painthead Designs (Seymour, CT).

The graphics accentuate the firewall, cowl and forward body edges giving the appearance that the candy paint is ripping off the body exposing the carbon fiber beneath.

Air Ride Technologies supplied--

the pair of ShockWave rear shocks.

The seat insert is another Total Performance item that was--

designed to give the driver and passenger more comfort.

Wilwood received the nod for both the front and the rear-braking package--

that includes polished calipers, single plate rotors, hubs and backing plates.

A TP overflow tank is used with the Walker radiator while the Headwinds carbon fiber headlights and stands are TP items.

Air Ride Technologies supplied the pair of rear ShockWave shocks while the rear disc package comes from Wilwood and the rear lighting is a combination of taillights and third brake light from Lambert Enterprises.

The motor mounts are a combination of TP and Zoops items.

A Mullins steering column with a 13-1/2-inch diameter wheel from IMPY handles the twisting while a Corvair box conducts the actual steering chores. Lokar pedals and shifter are additional interior items.

A Total Performance "total" frontend from hub to hub has all you will need based on the TP All-Rod frontend that features a 46-inch width (centerline of kingpin to kingpin) 5-inch drop tube axle with friction shock tabs already mounted, TP chromed spindles.
