In a twist, Alloway opted to have the flames run above the beltline and not down the side of the hood or body. The tandem of Wade Hughes on spray gun and Joshua Shaw on tape and pinstripe brush performed the task at hand of laying out and applying the flames and pinstriping.

The rearend is based on a Winter's quick-change with Dutchman axles, SO-CAL disc/drum-appearing brakes, a POSIES Model A spring, and P&J shocks.

Boyd Coddington Wheels built the Alloway wheels with the rears measuring 10x18 inches with Michelin 275R60/18 tires sans any sidewall markings.

The pair of leather front buckets was stitched at Paul Atkins Custom Auto Interiors. Paul also "trimmed" the rear bench, headliner, and carpeting.

A Lecarra-Alloway steering wheel rests atop an ididit column while the shifter and pedals come from Lokar.

The taillights are '39 Chevy but the wild looking rear nerf bar is an Alloway's Hot Rod Shop item.

Don't be afraid, it's just a shifter from Lokar Performance Products.
0312Sr Alloway 10 Z
A Super Bell 5-inch dropped tube axle coupled with P&J shocks, SO-CAL Speed Shop disc/drum-appearing brakes and Greening Auto headlights are focal points up front.

The heartbeat of this hot rod is a 502ci big-block Chevy with aluminum heads, GMPP polished intake, Holley 750-cfm carb with Lokar cables, MSD ignition, Mooneyes air cleaner and valve covers, and Sanderson Headers for exhaust.
