Johnny Freund of Nashville, TN, is another honorable mention for Street Rod of the Year with his Alloway-built '33 SpeedStar Vicky sporting a blend of "hot rodding" with "street rodding." This was one of the first Vickys to come out of the Rats Glass molds and it created quite a stir in the rodding world this past summer. (See SRM Dec. '03 for the rest of the story.)
