The spindles are '37-41 Ford coupled to Lincoln (Bendix style) rear brakes utilizing rear backing plates. (Note the emergency cable hole in the backing plate.) The steering arm is reshaped and a behind-the-crossmember reversed eye spring is used. View Related Article
