Jim Hathaway had the chance to work as a journeyman/apprentice under Scott Koch, of Scottrods, who was the primary builder of Jim's Brandywine '38 Willys pickup. The Saddlebrooke, Arizona truck features a 5-inch stretch in the cab and doors and runs a ZZ430 engine backed by a Gearstar 700R4 trans. Jim's flawless execution and attention to detail earned him a spot as a finalist in the Turtle Wax/Street Rodder Top 100 program.
