Ron added a set of Fauxsmobile valve covers to his 283 to make it look like the vintage Olds motor from 1949-50, and it fools nearly everyone who takes the quick glance at the engine. Bored 0.030 to 292 cubes, the Chevy is topped with a trio of Stromberg 97s and an Edelbrock manifold.
