Jim Moilanen's mild custom '39 Merc sedan is a study in modesty when it comes to building a mild custom. By removing a few minor items and adding later Merc hubcaps on chrome steelies shod in wide white rubber, Jim created a look that definitely got our attention and earned him a Top 100 award.
