The work Rusty Jackson and Odd Rods did on Putnam's phantom looks so good you'd think the car came this way from Packard factory. Rusty had to use a portion of some Plymouth quarters to get started, but hand-fabricated the trunk and lid. The swoopy grille was a signature Packard item, and it really shows off the classy lines associated with the nameplate. View Related Article
