The original 348 Chevy engine was sent out to Specialty Machine Operations who rebuilt the W-head with a few performance mods in the shape of a COMP Cams bumpstick, a Powermaster PowerGEN alternator, and a PerTronix distributor kit. Finned Offenhauser valve covers and a Cal Custom air cleaner scoop are the resident dress-up items. View Related Article
