Hey! There's a Ford in there! The engine in Jon's ride is a 302 that was prepped by Booth-Arons Racing Engines and features an Edelbrock carb and manifold. Other goodies include an MSD ignition, Taylor wires, a Powermaster alternator, and a special radiator made by Walker radiators just for the Shadow Rods cars. The V-8 bolts to a TKO five-speed trans.
