The pockets in the hood sides are for the bigger heads and valve covers that come on the 320-horse, 280-inch, 32-valve, ’01 Cobra Mustang motor from Ford Racing. Mostly stock, it was squeezed between the framerails, but Lobeck’s Danny Tesar fabricated a stainless steel exhaust system for it. Backed to a Tremec five-speed trans, the engine features polished and chromed pieces from Jon Wrights’ Custom Chrome Plating in Grafton, OH. View Related Article
