The Brookville Roadster’s body was shipped unassembled to Walden Speed Shop, who first chopped it before assembling it. Chris wanted to see Walden’s metalwork and welding seams, so the car was painted and then Foose went back to DA the weld areas to make it appear like it was a fresh chop on an old ’60s-era car.
