Keith Vander Meulen from Image Street Rods & Customs in Santa Maria, CA, did the build on this one, including setting up the chassis to get that low-down look. Bodywork (filled roof, suicide doors) and paint (House of Kolor black) was also done at Image’s shop, and the all-black exterior contrasts a set of wide whites mounted to 16-inch Wheel Vintiques steelies.
