1932 Ford Deuce coupe
San Leon, Texas
Hot rodders come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. Bill Westall was 69 years old when he started on this 1932 project, and finished it three years later when he was 72. He’d seen (and lusted after) a ’32 when he was a boy throwing newspapers in San Francisco, but life got in the way of owning a Deuce until much later. He built a 40x80 workshop (not a man cave, he stresses), then bought a body and chassis combo from Ravon Street Rods in Belgrade, Minnesota, to get the ball rolling.
