Four car clubs have been honored by Eagle One with the prestigious Golden Rule Award for conducting the most outstanding community service program in their region during 2003.
This marks the 11th year that the leading maker of appearance care products has recognized and rewarded car clubs for exemplary community involvement.
Winners were:
West -- River Cruizers, Bullhead City, AZ;
Midwest -- Nifty 50 Cruisers, Cloquet, MN;
East -- Rock-N-Role Capital Street Machines, Cleveland, OH;
South -- Victory 7 Mustang Club, Richmond, VA.
The clubs received 20 buckets of Eagle One products, 10 cases of Valvoline MaxLife motor oil, a custom- designed plaque, and a donation of $250 by Eagle One to a charity designated by each club.
Runners-up in each region were: West Texas Cruisers, Midland, TX; Shelby Shifters Club, Shelbyville, IN; Lancaster County Corvette Club, Lancaster, PA; Corvette Club of Naples, FL.
Each club received a generous supply of Eagle One and Valvoline products and an Award of Merit. Entry forms for next year's awards will be available for downloading in mid-September by visiting www.eagleone.com.
