Chip Foose explains his design concept, the Hemisfear, to RC2 Brands Inc's Lead Designer Eric Tscherne at the recent opening of the Petersen Automotive Museum's "Chip Foose - From Pen to Pavement" exhibit, where the 1/4-scale model was unveiled.
RC2 brands, Inc. will sponsor Chip Foose as he creates his long-dreamed about but never produced Hemisfear Hot Rod. As part of the agreement, RC2 will manufacture highly detailed "JL Full Throttle Hemisfear" die-cast collector editions, designed by Chip Foose, set to launch in August 2006.
The first public viewing of the full-size version of the RC2-sponsored Hemisfear will debut at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in November 2006.
