Denver Colorado; Streamline, Inc. announced today that its subsidiary, Deuce America Corp. has acquired all of the assets of Rod Bods Inc., a Nevada Corporation. Todd Gold, CEO of Streamline said, We are very pleased to have acquired one of the originators of the steel bodied 32 Roadster. It represents our on-going efforts to bring quality, name brand products to our customers.
Rod Bods is currently manufactured in Nevada. Fans and builders alike hold Rod Bods in high regard, including some of the most famous builders in the hot rod industry. Jim McCain, Rod Bods president is a long time car enthusiast. Jim and Jan McCain will assist in the transition and manufacturing of the bodies until a transfer is made to new facilities in Denver, Colorado.
Streamline, Inc., celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is the parent company of Streamline Hot Rod Parts, Streamline Distribution, Vintage Auto Parts, Real Parts, Power Deluxe and manages its affiliates Gennie Shifter and Deuce America Corporation.
