Ron Covell, aka "Doctor Hammer", just completed his 9th training class in Advanced Metalworking at Fatmans. Over 25 rodders attended the two day class, and had a chance to see Ron in action scratch building a miniature 36 Ford rear fender and skirt.
Brent VanDervort, the owner of Fatman's, allowed all the participants an opportunity to work with the English wheel, Pullmax, Erco power shrinker, and planishing hammer. Ron's expertise allowed them to see how all the work done on power equipment can be done with simple hand tools as well!
