WINTEC FABRICATION and COOLFLEX MOTORSPORTS have now moved into an all-new facility with a large showroom and plenty of space for more inventory and rolling projects. The new shop is located along the main drag in Wallingford, CT, on North Colony Street where rodders can find it.
WINTEC specializes in a complete mailorder line of bodies, chassis, and components for the home-based car builder to easily complete a T-Bucket, T-Tub, or Model A for minimum time and expense. COOLFLEX is a producer of fluid transfer products used on street rods.
According to Jim Wilkos, owner/president of both companies, "Our focus is on getting a car rolling as soon as possible. If anybody has a basic set of tools, they can build one of our cars." Jim has over 16 years in the street rod "kit" industry, and was the former manager of Total Performance.
