Pleasanton, CA - Petty's Garage, a high performance speed shop focused on building spectacular performance automobiles under the watchful eye of "The King" himself, will exhibit on the midway at nine Goodguys Rod & Custom Association events this season. The exhibit will feature several specialty vehicles from Petty's Garage based in Randleman, NC as well as other cool memorabilia and a complete line of Petty's Garage Signature parts.
Established in 2008, Petty's Garage builds street cars & customs as well as a series of limited-production vehicles like the Petty Signature Series Challenger, Petty Superbird Daytona and Petty Signature Series Mustang.
More than just a late model shop, Petty's Garage builds vintage iron with the best of 'em including rods & customs and complete restorations of legendary NASCAR vehicles like Petty's own "#40 Car" that fought battles on the hi-banks of Daytona International Speedway in the 1960s & 70's.
As part of the new partnership with Petty's Garage, the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association will donate $5,000.00 to the Victory Junction Camp through Petty Family Foundation. The Victory Junction Camp, founded by Kyle and Pattie Petty, is a camp for terminally ill and chronically ill children located in Randleman, North Carolina.
