Coil Around and Over
Now you can build your chassis with a just-right stance, thanks to the Coil-Over Shock Mock-Up Tool from Speedway Motors.
This innovative new tool lets you simulate your vehicle's final ride height, even before the body or engine are installed. Adjustable from 13-1/2 to 21 inches, it's the perfect tool for setting up custom coilover suspensions, allowing you to determine proper shock length prior to ordering your coilover shocks. This tool is sold in pairs and includes 5/8-inch rod ends, 1/2-inch reducers, jam nuts, and quick-release pins for easy length changes. It's better to test, not guess, when you're setting up the suspension on your new project.
Fresh Grown Chassis
Fatman Fabrications supplied the chassis under the 2012 AMSOIL/STREET RODDER Road Tour '40 Ford and the 2013 AMSOIL/STREET RODDER Road Tour '51 Ford cars. Why weld, repair, and fill pits on an old chassis when a very affordable new one can be built to your specs? Complete new frames for '32-40 and '49-51 Fords, '55-57 T-birds, '37-40 and '55-57 Chevy cars, '32-79 Ford trucks, and '34-59 Chevy trucks, are available.
Anglia, Morris Minor, and custom frames complete the lineup of 21 different applications. All are specifically designed for your car, with all necessary body, bumper, and radiator mounts in place to make your installation a pleasure. These are not universal chassis that require you to fit your car to Fatman's frame.
Your choice of engine and trans will be mounted, with a wide variety of options, such as RideTech, coilovers, power-assisted steering and brakes, four-wheel discs, stainless steel control arms, and rear axles. Complete brake plumbing, Borgeson Universal Company U-joints, and epoxy primer options can make your body swap even easier.

Concept One offers a serpentine single-belt system for LS engines with Magnuson or Edelbrock superchargers, utilizing a high-traction eight-rib pulley/belt arrangement.
The chief impediment when installing an LS engine in an early chassis is the location of the A/C compressor, which is located lower right. In its original position it often interferes with chassis parts, not least the crossmember. Concept One has overcome this problem by relocating the compressor on the upper right.
Created to function with all Gen III and Gen IV LS engines with Magnuson or Edelbrock superchargers, this kit provides a compact, polished Sanden SD-7 compressor as well as a new Delphi aluminum power steering pump. As standard equipment the pump is provided with Concept One's exclusive billet Mini Reservoir. Also included are a cast-aluminum water pump and a 105-amp polished Powermaster one-wire alternator. Prices start at $2,800.
This complete Concept One pulley system for LS engines supercharged by Magnuson or Edelbrock is prepared with either a machined or polished finish or in black or clear anodized coating.
