Following its AMBR triumph, Rich's roadster wasn't put out to pasture. "I not only drove it constantly," he recalls, " this friend of mine, Roger Garcia, was the tech guy for NSRA and he drove it one year to every single meet that they had. I've got 18,000 miles on it since (we rebuilt it for) Oakland in 1999. I've driven it across country twice." Check out those Topless Tour stickers. Last July, Rich led a group of cars back to Columbus, OH, for the Goodguys meet. And from Columbus he went on to Seattle. Guasco believes he has over 100,000 miles on his '29.
