Fred Steele's Channeled Roadster
Fred built his '28 A Tudor (a car he acquired in 1949) to copy the famed Chrisman drag sedan. Its purple paint complements his roadster. Years ago, he drove this car from Massachusetts to California and back, stopping in Tijuana for a classic $100 tuck 'n' roll job. Never featured in a magazine, it rests in his cluttered garage awaiting some TLC.
