Specially constructed vehicle: any vehicle which shall not have been originally constructed under a distinctive name, make, model or type by a generally recognized manufacturer of vehicles.
Restored theme or antique vehicle: a vehicle of 25 years of age or more restored to new appearance and mechanical condition.
Horseless Carriage: a motor vehicle which is a model manufactured during or before 1915.
Antique Vehicle "Old Timer": a model manufactured more than 40 years before the date of application for registration pursuant to this section.
Street Rod:
(a) Having a manufacturer's rated carrying capacity of 1 ton or less; and
(b) Manufactured not later than 1948.
