After many hours of blocking and priming, the body parts were given a coat of PPG's NCP 1990 sealer in the big spray booth at the HR&CS body shop. That was followed by final coatings of PPG Giallo Yellow (DBC 84902-SC) basecoat and later with several coats of PPG two-part clear.
