The evening in Cheyenne was due largely to the efforts of Fred Williams (at the microphone) and John Arciniega (standing next to Fred). Williams is a member of the Cheyenne Rods and Customs Club and the NSRA Regional Director while Arciniega is a member of the Cheyenne Classic Chevy Club.
