Note the fan mounts--everything should be this easy. Flex-a-lite suggests mounting fans to the backside of the core for two reasons: Mounted in front, the fan will tend to block ram air when the car is at speed; second, as air follows the path of least resistance, it will roll off the ends of the blades rather than go through the core.
