Timing Is Everything
Proform now makes setting ignition timing easier than ever. True hands-free checking of timing is finally possible thanks to the Proform Billet Aluminum Adjustable Timing Tab. The tab permanently mounts to the engine and contains a built-in, self-powered LED light. Connecting the kit's spark-plug lead between the timing tab and plug wire causes the light to fire. No separate timing light or battery hookups are required.
Twelve different part numbers cover a variety of popular Ford and GM engines. Ford small-block Self-Powered Timing Tabs fit 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock TDC applications.
