Painting Faux Patina Street Rods

This is what I ended up with at the beltline and the upper rear quarter. Like I said, there are no hard and fast rules; just go slow, check your progress often, and stop when you're satisfied with the look. If you want a couple more examples, check out Jeff Ayeroff's '39 Ford on page 38 of this issue. He faux patina'd a few areas, and I think it looks great.
