With the oversized panel clamped in place I began to heat the plastic with Jim's heat gun (kinda like a hair dryer on steroids). As I heated it, making sure to keep the gun moving at all times, I pushed the rear edge of the panel bending the plastic into a radius at the corner of the bucket. View Related Article
