The Dearborn Deuce convertible was awarded Best New Product at SEMA in 2004. The stylized '32 roadster body was redesigned around a fully disappearing convertible top and a larger cockpit. It also has more legroom and will fit on any chassis built to stock dimensions. The new all-steel '28-29 Model A Closed Cab body from Roadster Ute Inc. features: all-steel reproduction '28-29 closed cab body, also available in 6-inch-longer cab version, complete with 4-inch recessed firewall, all-steel floor, a hot rod-style transmission hump to suit most engine/trans combinations, door latches and seat belt mounting points fitted, and new "stock-style" door latches. The steel roof is an exact copy of the original roof in appearance and dimensions. The body is manufactured from high-quality steel. The steel B-pillars are fully reinforced to give strength to the cabin. The body will accept a stock chassis, and will accept original and repro sheetmetal and components. They can supply a full range of individual body parts and sheetmetal products, available through their agents. The body panels are stamped from e-coated original gauge steel and then hand-assembled in precision fixtures for a perfect fit and finish. Features include fit and hung doors using stock latches and hinges, decklid with stock hinges, working cowl vent, dash with glovebox door, full original-style wood inner structure, complete garnish molding set, recessed firewall, full floor, and toe boards. The original Henry-style 25 Louver Hood Sides from Rootlieb are $795 per pair. Finally, after years and years of, "When are you going to make correct 25 louver hood sides?" they're here. What has made these so popular is the fact that the louvers are very deep and very open. You can look at the complete engine and then look through the engine bay and out the other side. The louvers are bowed outward from the centerline of the car as well as the dummy louvers at the front and the back. The first two louvers are shorter to give room for the hold down. The panels also have the correct twist front to back. These will fit your original Ford top panels. Made in both four- and three-piece styles, they can be ordered to fit cars with stretched chassis as well.
