Wescott's Auto Restyling opened their doors in 1954 as a body and fender repair and paint shop. Dee Wescott saw a need for replacement fenders and started building his own in 1956. On a dare, Wescott's first replica body was a '31 coupe (people said it couldn't be done). Wescott's did it! Their first roadster body (a '31) came out in 1971 followed by the '32 roadster body-their first Deuce body out of the mold is still on the road today!
They use the highest quality resins and fiberglass, and remain as faithful to Henry's designs as possible. But the real benefit with their bodies is the steel cage construction. The self-supporting steel cage allows the fiberglass panels to expand and contract with temperature changes without mirror-through warping.

Sacramento Vintage Ford announced that they are offering three new steel bodies for the 2011 season. These all-steel bodies are the '34 Ford four-door phaeton, '28-29 Ford Model A stock and extended cab pickup with an all-steel top, and the Speed33 roadster body with a slick, concealed fold-down top.
