Layers of MDF are stacked to make each turtledeck side. Here I’m screwing and gluing the pieces together. I’ve “stair-stepped” pieces of 1/4-inch MDF to give the part the same taper as the original, and plastic body filler is used to fill in the small gaps. View Related Article
