A sturdy mount is included in the kit; the cylinder should be positioned so the pressure gauge is visible.

A T-fitting can be added at the valve to add an additional automatic detection line.

One of the most unique features of the Cold Fire system is the detection tubing. Think of it as an automotive version of an automatic sprinkler system.

The manual activation button should be within reach of the driver with a seatbelt fastened. A removable clip prevents accidental activation.

Included in Speedway’s system are nickel-plated fittings.

Here the detector line for the manual valve is positioned behind the dashboard. In the event of an electrical fire the line will rupture, or it can be activated by the manual button.
