With cap and rotor removed from the distributor, we decided to first set the rev limiter. There are three pots on the circuit board, the round one is the rev limiter. It has a very small arrow to point to the rev limiter scale. We set ours at 6,800 rpm. The rev limiter range is from 5,000-10,000 rpm. View Related Article
